Non-Personalized Products - shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you.
Personalized Products -
Desktop & Handheld Embossers* - shipped within 3-5 business days after proof approval.
Extra-Long-Reach (ELR) Embossers* - shipped within 5-10 business days after proof approval.
Rubber Stamps* - shipped within 3-5 business days after proof approval.
How To Calculate Business Days -
- Business days/hours are Monday - Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm pacific time).
- Orders are sent into production at the end of each business day.
- Orders approved after 4:00pm will be sent into production the next business day. Orders approved after 4:00pm on Friday or over the weekend are sent into production at the end of business day on Monday.
- Do not consider the day that you approve the proof as a full business day towards production time. A 3-5 business day production time means that orders sent into production on a Monday may ship as late as the following Monday.
*Proofs for embossers & rubber stamps are emailed within 24 hours (during the business week). Proofs must be approved before your order is sent into production. (Proofs for embossers & rubber stamps requiring custom design work provided by WGP have a longer turnaround time and will be discussed with you prior to your order.)

Our standard delivery carriers are USPS Priority Mail and FedEx, however we may occasionally substitute another shipping carrier at our discretion.
We guarantee packages are delivered to the shipping carrier . After that point, we are not able to take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, however we will not be held responsible or liable.
Standard Shipping Problems (USPS Priority Mail) - While shipping time is estimated as 2-3 days, delivery delays may occur due to a variety of reasons. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 14 days of the shipping date.
Overnight Shipping Problems (FedEx) - Contact the shipping carrier directly to report any problems (www.fedex.com or 1-800-463-3339). If you need further assistance, please contact us.
