Is it safe to submit my credit card information through your website?

Yes. Read the Privacy & Security information. If you still feel uncomfortable ordering online, please call or fax your order to us.

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently only accept payment by credit card - MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. |

Do you charge sales tax?

|
California sales tax of 9.75% applies to orders shipped within California. |

Can I view a proof of an embosser or stamp layout before I place my order?
|
|
No. We do not set up proofs before an order is placed, however please do not be hesitant to place an order. If you do not like the first proof we send, we're happy to create a couple of new proofs for no charge. If you ultimately don't like any of the proofs, you can cancel your order without penalty (unless your order required custom design work that we confirmed with you beforehand as being nonrefundable). Even though we collect your credit card information at the time of your order, we do not charge your credit card until after you approve the proof.

How long will it take to process my order?

Non-Personalized Products
- Shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you.
Personalized Products
- Desktop & Handheld Embossers* - shipped within 3-5 business days after proof approval.
- Extra-Long-Reach (ELR) Embossers* - shipped within 5-10 business days after proof approval.
- Stamps* - shipped within 5-7 business days after proof approval.
How To Calculate Business Days -
- Business days/hours are Monday - Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm pacific time).
- Do not consider the day that you approve the proof as a full business day towards production time. A 3-5 business day production time means that orders sent into production on a Monday may ship as late as the following Monday.
*Proofs for embossers & stamps are emailed within 24 hours (during the business week). Proofs must be approved before your order is sent into production. (Proofs for embossers & stamps requiring custom design work provided by WGP have a longer turnaround time and will be discussed with you prior to your order.)

Can I pick up my order at your location to save on shipping costs?

No. We are set up as an internet store and are not able to accommodate walk-in customers.

Do you ship internationally?
|

No. We only ship to customers in the United States.
