*STANDARD SHIPPING (via USPS Priority Mail) - Estimated delivery in 1-3 days, although may take longer. Shipping occurs AFTER the processing times listed below.
*OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (via FedEx) - Delivery by next business day (Monday-Friday). Shipping occurs AFTER the processing times listed below.
*ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES, and US MILITARY MAIL - Your rates are the same as above, however you must choose Standard Shipping. Overnight Shipping is NOT available.WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
- If you are an international customer, you might want to consider using a mail forwarding service like www.bongous.com. Mail forwarding services provide a US mailing address, so you can make online purchases from places that only ship within the United States.

Proofs for embossers & stamps are emailed within 24 hours (during the business week). Proofs must be approved before your order is sent into production. (Proofs for embossers & stamps requiring custom design work provided by WGP have a longer turnaround time and will be discussed with you prior to your order.)
Our standard shipping carriers are USPS Priority Mail (Standard Shipping) and FedEx (Overnight Shipping), however we may occasionally substitute another shipping carrier at our discretion.
You will receive an email the day your order is shipped, which will include tracking information. Deliveries do not require a signature, and may be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion. In some instances, the driver may feel a package is not secure to leave, and will instead leave a note requiring the package to be picked up or redelivered.
Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) - While shipping time is estimated as 1-3 days, delivery delays may occur due to a variety of reasons. You can track your package at www.usps.com. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 10 days of the shipping date.
Overnight Shipping (FedEx) - Shipment should arrive in 1 business day (Mon-Fri), however sometimes there are weather delays beyond FedEx's control. You can track your package at www.fedex.com.
