RETURNS

We will only accept returns for non-personalized items in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date.

You must contact us first to arrange for the return. You are responsible for all shipping costs - your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns for custom or personalized items (this includes embossers, stamps, custom stickers, etc.). If we are at fault for an error, we will replace the same item at no charge. You are responsible for verifying that all information on your proof is correct. Please double and triple check that the proof is accurate before you approve. If you approve a proof with incorrect information, you are responsible for the charges if you want to re-order.
